Thank you for shopping at Whisky Liquor Seller. We strive to provide the highest quality spirits and exceptional service. Due to the regulated nature of alcoholic beverages, our return policy is governed by state and federal laws.
1. General Return Policy
Under U.S. law and industry standards, all sales of alcoholic beverages are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “buyer’s remorse,” change of mind, or if you simply do not like the taste of a product.
However, we will gladly assist you if your order is:
Damaged or Broken during transit.
Incorrectly Shipped (you received a different item than what was ordered).
Defective or Spoiled (e.g., “corked” wine or a faulty seal).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within five (5) days of delivery.
Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged bottle, the packaging, and the shipping label. Do not discard the item or its packaging until we have confirmed your claim.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will either issue a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Defective Products (Spoilage)
If you believe a product is defective or “spoiled” (unfit for consumption):

In most cases, we require the bottle to be returned with at least 50% of the original contents remaining so we can verify the defect with the producer.
Refunds for defective products are subject to inspection and approval.
4. Shipping & Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery: Federal law requires an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued ID to sign for all alcohol deliveries. If no adult is present after three (3) delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Restocking Fee: Orders returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address information provided by the customer will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and a 15–25% restocking fee.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Opened bottles (unless defective).
Items purchased on clearance or “final sale.”
Gift cards.
Limited edition or rare bottles (due to provenance and storage requirements).
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
