Canella Mimosa

Canella is a third-generation winery located in the hills of Conegliano in the Veneto region. It was they who pioneered the rise of Prosecco to the popularity it is today. Mimosa is also a famous brunch drink with 2/3 sparkling wine and 1/3 orange juice. Canella uses their quality Prosecco and authentic blood oranges from Sicily for a twist on this popular cocktail.
